Popular Nollywood actress Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha has informed that thugs wielding weapons including; knives, bottles and guns attacked her polling unit in the ongoing Governorship and State House of Assembly elections in Eti-Osa local government area of Lagos State.
The sultry thespian in a video posted on Instagram said that the weapon wielding political thugs even prevented voters from bringing out their phones to film the incident.

Chioma Chukwuka Akpotha who noted that the violence on display was worse than the one exhibited during the presidential election said that the thugs attacked her when they saw her with her phone.
She said that she immediately got into her car and drove off when she saw the thugs advancing but they damaged her car as she made her way out of the polling unit.
