Victoria Beckham’s fashion company records £66.3million loss —Report

The fashion company founded by Victoria Beckham back in the year 2008 with a small collection of dresses has reportedly recorded losses of £66.3million.

As per The Mirror, the latest accounts for Victoria Beckham Holdings Ltd show it made losses of £5,887,036 in 2021, down from £8,581,944 in 2020.

The study says: ‘The loss for the year, after taxation and minority interests, amounted to £5,887,036 (2020 – loss of £8,581,944.

‘During the 2021 financial year the ultimate shareholders provided additional loans of £0.6m to the group.’

Recall that in 2021, company filings for Victoria Beckham Holdings this week reportedly show that Victoria’s brand made a loss of £8.6m in 2020, with sales dropping by 6% to £36m compared to the previous year.

While addressing the figures, a spokesperson for the designer told Metro.co.uk: ‘In a pandemic year when stores selling Victoria Beckham fashion and beauty are shut, the company managed to halve its losses and grow its online sales in the fashion business and significantly grow its beauty business.’
