Popular movie star, Tom Cruise is set to take home over £100m as his new film, ‘Top Gun’ racks in over £1billion.
According to a report by Mirror, ‘Top Gun’ is Tom Cruise’s biggest hit and Paramount Pictures studio’s highest-grossing movie of all time.
The 60-year-old actor had brokered a deal for a reported 12% share of revenue and is now thought to take home over £120million.
“Tom Cruise is the biggest box office draw on the planet – 35 years from his 80s heyday. These figures are astonishing. The fan devotion is astounding. Says Brodie Cooper of US marketing agency.
“If reports are true the cut of profits means Tom is poised to take home over £100m.”
