Nollywood actor Williams Uchemba has taken to social media to call out the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) over the slow collection of Permanent Voters Card (PVC).
The thespian in a video post shared on his Instagram page said that people are coming out everyday to collect their PVCs and they are constantly either being told that their PVCs are not ready or can not be found.

Williams Uchemba also noted in his video post on Instagram that INEC cannot disenfranchise people of their voting rights and expect a free and fair election.
