Ebony skinned Nollywood actress Beverly has recalled how a blogger’s post once shattered her confidence and nearly ended her career as a thespian.
In an interview with Chude Jideonwo, the Nigerian actress of British descent said that the painful event made her doubt whether it was worthwhile for her to pursue her acting profession.
The 34-year-old actress said that the blog constantly published negative articles about her and also added that it felt like a personal attack because she was once a victim of bullying.

“It really got to me, and it damaged my self-esteem and it made me doubt myself, like I really don’t feel like I want to continue in this industry, I wanted to quit on several occasions.”
