Nollywood actress Omoni Oboli has opened up on how she felt when she saw her father’s lifeless body upon her arrival in the city of Benin, Edo State after his death was announced.
The talented thespian who opened up during an interview with media personality Chude Jideonwo said that experience was one of the saddest moments of her life.
Omoni who was overtaken with emotions while recounting the experience of seeing her father, late Matthew Ukey’s ‘empty shell’ after visiting the morgue said she didn’t know what to do.

“My world crumbled when my dad passed. The next day I drove into Benin. I went to see him at the Morgue. Have you ever seen a dead body? You just know that they are no more there. It’s a shell. We all like to look good, at the end of the day this body is a shell. I saw my dad, I saw my mom and you just know the person you know and love is gone.
“They call my dad mobility, that’s like his nickname. I said ‘Mobility how could you do this to me’? I just kept thinking what am I going to do? How am I ever going to get back from this?” she said?
