One of the five finalists of the Big Brother Naija reality TV show, CeeC has taken to social media to congratulate Ilebaye after she emerged the winner of the ‘All Stars’ edition.
CeeC who rued her luck after she was evicted as the second runner-up during the finale, congratulated Ilebaye whom she described as ‘’Small pepper” in a post on her Instastories.

The reality TV star shared a photo of Ilebaye receiving a check for the N120 million cash prize with the caption; ‘‘Congratulations small pepper @ilebayeee’’.
