Former Big Brother Naija housemate, Ike Onyema has addressed his earlier post where he called himself a fool for trying to turn a hoe into a wife saying he never meant to shade anyone.
The earlier post on his Tik tok account where he referred to himself as a fool for trying to turn a hoe into a wife was interpreted by fans and bloggers to mean that he was referring to Mercy Eke, another housemate whom he dated during the show.
However, Ike has debunked reports that his post was a shade directed at Mercy saying that she was a part of his journey and they have both moved on.

“Hey! I usually won’t say anything regarding assumptions and speculations around my post, but I think it’s high time I address this issue especially if someone I respect and care for is being mentioned knowing fully well she’s going through a loss.
“My post/tiktok was not in any way to shade anyone. She was a part of my journey. We both moved on and are happy.
“Moving forward, I hope my post does not seem like a subliminal shade. Thank you!” He wrote.
