The pair of Nigerian musicians Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu popularly known as Burna Boy and sensational singer Temilade Openiyi aka Tems have both bagged Grammy Award nominations.
Burna Boy was nominated in the “Best Global Music Performance” category for his song “Last Last” single alongside; Arooj Aftab and Anoushka, Matt B and Eddy Kenzo, Rocky Dawuni featuring Blvk H3ro, Wouter Kellerman, Zakes Bantwini and Nomcebo Zikode.

Tems also bagged two nominations in the Best Melodic Rap Performance and Best Rap Song categories for her successful collaboration with American rapper Future on the song ‘Wait For You’, also featuring Drake.
The much-anticipated 2023 Grammy award will take place February 5th 2023.
