The Paris Fashion week had a touch from decades ago as fashion house Christian Dior had designs from the 50s with the aesthetic of French musues on display to the delight of many.
Outfits from back in time was the message as Paris fashion week opened with the Christian Dior show which freely upturned decade’s retrograde image into fashion delight.

Instead of pastel sweaters and milkshakes, on display was the aesthetic of Juliette Gréco and the cafe society of Paris’s Rive Gauche (left bank) – strong black coffee, and little black dresses to match.
