Talented Nigerian musician Adedamola Adefolahan popularly known in music circles as Fireboy DML has explained how he hopes to grow as a leading artist of this generation.
The ‘Peru’ crooner who explained how he intends to do so in an interview with HYPEBEAST said that he hopes to find a way to give back to the community that made him who he is today.
Fireboy DML also noted during the interview that it now behoves on him and others to push the Afrobeat genre to greater heights to make it more global.

‘‘I want to find a way to give back to the community that made me who I am today. Afrobeats have been passed down to generations and we owe it all to the legends and the hard work they put in.
‘‘They made it easy for us to take it to where it deserves. Right now, it’s all about what we can offer the generation that comes after us and how they can push the genre to even greater heights,’’ he said.
