Charles Alston, a long-time friend of popular actor Jammie Foxx has taken to his official social media account to call for prayers for hospitalised Hollywood thespian, Jamie Foxx.

In a post on his Instagram page, Charles sent a plea for prayers and well wishes for Jamie Foxx who has been hospitalised for more than three weeks after suffering medical complications.

According to him, a true champion isn’t the one that wins, it’s the one that meets & overcomes adversity.
“We need you back Bro. As I always state, a true champion isn’t the one that wins, it’s the one that meets & overcomes adversity!! You’re test becomes your testimony!!”

Recall that the ‘Daddy Shift’ actor was shooting a film in Atlanta when he took ill; his daughter Corinne posted on social media: ‘‘He is already on his way to recovery’’.
“We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday. Luckily, due to quick action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery. We know how beloved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family asks for privacy during this time,” Corinne added in the post.
