I am a victim of a skiing collision, actress Gwayneth Paltrow tells court

Hollywood actress Gwayneth Palthrow has told a court sitting in Park City, Utah, USA that she is a victim of a skiing collision and also added that she thought incident on the ski slope was a s3x assault.

The Oscar-winning thespian also told the court that she felt “very upset” about the incident and had shouted at retired optometrist Terry Sanderson, who she blamed for the collision.

Speaking in court on Friday, Paltrow said she initially thought that she was being s3xually assaulted during the collision, saying she had felt “a body pressing against me” and that she had heard “a strange grunting noise”.

She admitted feeling “very upset” about the incident and had shouted: “You skied directly into my f****** back!” at Mr Sanderson.

Gwayneth Paltrow was speaking while giving evidence in a civil case brought by Terry Sanderson, who is suing the actress for $300,000 (£245,000) over the incident at Deer Valley in 2016.
