Armenian-American reality TV star Kim Kardashian has ‘files to become legally single’ amid Kanye West’s attempt to have her back following a string of public declarations that he wants to give their marriage another go.
A report by TMZ has revealed that Kim Kardashian who shares kids North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm with Kanye has filed new documents in her divorce in a bid to be declared legally single while everything else is ironed out.
The site reports Kim filed the docs today and that if a judge signs them, she’ll officially be single.
She’s said to be asking the judge to separate the issues of child custody and property from her marital status.

Kanye West made the call in a new song released on popular streaming Amazon Prime, pleading with Kim Kardashian to come back to his arms as his better half.
In the new song, Kanye West who has repeatedly made it clear that he wants his wife back sang thus; “And when you run away baby, I need you to run right back to me.’’
For the avoidance of doubt about who he was singing to, the rapper added in the song, “Most specifically Kimberly.”
Kim, who is currently linked to Pete Davidson, filed for divorce from Kanye earlier this year.
