Rapper Vector berates those making ‘dangerous statements’ ahead of 2023 elections

Nigerian rapper Olanrewaju Ogunmefun David popularly known in music circles as Vector has taken to social media to berate those who are making dangerous statements ahead of the 2023 election.

Vector who was reacting to the anti-igbo comments made by Brymo said that elections won’t mean anything if people’s characters continue to tilt towards the destruction of the country’s unity.

According to the rapper, people are now normalising the filth that politics is a dirty game and some Nigerians are allowing the divide and conquer concept to continue.

‘‘The election won’t mean anything if your character is tilting towards the destruction of unity. They tell you politics is a dirty game and you normalize filth. A lot of you are the ones allowing the divide and conquer concept continue.’’ Brymo wrote on Twitter.

Vector’s comments come after singer Brymo said that it is not yet time for an Igbo presidency while he was endorsing APC presidential candidate Bola Ahmed Tinubu via his official Twitter account.
