Controversial Nollywood actress Tonto Wigoh Dikeh has taken to social media to react to the autopsy report of the late Sylvester Oromoni, a 12-year-old student of Dowen College.
Recall that the Lagos state Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, had earlier revealed that two autopsies carried out in Delta and Lagos state showed Dowen college student, Sylvester Oromoni, died a natural death.
While reacting to the statement made by the Lagos state Commissioner of Police in a post on Instagram Tonto Dikeh wondered why the outcome of the autopsy conducted in Lagos State was different from the one done in Delta State.
According to her, the first autopsy stated that Sylvester Oromoni died of acute lung injury due to chemical intoxication in a background of blunt force trauma while the second stated that he died a natural death.

‘‘What happened to the first Autopsy that was shared online?
