Pero Adeniyi, one of the baby mama’s of ‘African Queen’ crooner, 2face Idibia has filed a lawsuit notice against Annie Idibia over her Instagram outburst months ago.
Dated November 10, 2021, the lawsuit filed by Pero’s lawyers demanded a retraction and N500m as damages after Annie also alleged in her outburst on IG that her husband, 2face “packed his bags and came to America to see her (Pero) and his other kids”.
Her lawyers stated that these allegations are “blatantly false, misrepresents facts and portrayed Pero as an individual with loose morals”. Annie was further accused of engaging in “malicious and libelous online publication” which subjected Pero and her kids to online harassment and bullying.

Recall that Annie Idibia had earlier taken to social media to call out her 2face Idibia whom she accused of infidelity.
The thespian who took to her Instagram page to vent her spleen also used the medium to slam her husband’s family and the mothers of his other children.
In the now deleted post, Annie Idibia wrote; “Your baby mamas constantly use your children as an excuse for all sort of rubbish.”
Annie also claimed in the post on IG that she has been patient and has made so many sacrifices for 2face and his kids, but she’s no fool.
She further accused her hubby of sleeping under the same roof with his children’s mother, Pero Adeniyi, when he’s visiting the kids they share and also claimed that 2face’s family never liked her from the get go, no matter how hard she tried.
She also slammed 2face’s brother, Hyacinth Idibia, for housing the singer, his kids and Pero under the same roof.
