Nollywood actor Omiyinka Olanrewaju a.k.a Baba Ijesha has taken to social media to share shared a video of himself a day before he was apprehended for allegedly raping a minor.
The thespian who has been granted bail on the case by a court in Lagos state shared the latest video on his Instagram page with the caption “A day before the incident”.
Recall that Baba Ijesha was granted bail days ago by the Lagos State Special Offences Court in the sum of two million naira.
The order was issued last Thursday by the presiding judge of the court, Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo, who ruled that the actor who was arrested on Thursday April 22, 2021, be released on bail while the trial continues.
Justice Taiwo also ruled that the thespian must provide the said amount alongside two sureties, one of which must be a legal practitioner and the second a family relation.
The presiding judge who said that the actor must perfect the bail terms and conditions within the next seven days ruled that the trial would begin again on July 26 through 27 and 28 respectively.
