Veteran Nollywood actor Clem Ohameze has successfully undergone spinal cord surgery so that he can be able to walk again after he sustained injuries in a car accident a few years ago.
The actor revealed the development in a post on social media where he informed that the surgery was successful thanked Nigerians for their thoughts and prayers.
According to him, the surgery was a huge success but it was also a battle.
This came after popular pastor, Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin gifted Clem Ohameze the sum of N8 million to undergo spinal cord surgery.
While narrating his ordeal during his meeting with pastor Fufeyin, the movie veteran said his health challenges started after he had a car accident some time ago.
The actor disclosed that after the accident, he had visited the hospital where an x-ray was conducted on him to ascertain the extent of injury sustained.
According to him, the result of the x-ray showed that his “cervical vertebrae 3 had collapsed on the 4th, thereby causing pressure on my spinal cord and the retardment of the lower limb”.
He added that he was treated for a while and he got better but said that he later noticed that he started having difficulty walking.
