Sultry Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has vowed never to back down until justice is served to embattled Yoruba actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, aka Baba Ijesha, who has been accused of molesting a 14-year-old minor.

The thespian who said she is the kind of mother who has the grace to care for other children like her own told fans and colleagues in a heartfelt video that she would not be backing down and justice must be served.

Reacting further in the video she posted on her official Instagram account, the actress said that she always felt all mothers had the ability to love other people’s children but soon realised that there are four different types of mothers.

She wrote thus on Instagram: “I am that mother who will stand for that girl till the end. I am not backing down. Justice will be served.”

This came hours after Yoruba actor Yomi Fabiyi threatened to lead a protest over the continued detention of Baba Ijesha, who has been accused of molesting a 14-year-old minor who happens to be the foster child of comedienne Princess.

The thespian who took to his Instagram page to issue the threat on Sunday demanded the immediate release of Baba Ijesha from detention before Wednesday, May 12th, 2021 following which he will mobilise Nigerians for a protest.

According to him, the detention of the actor without trial is a violation of his human rights and ‘illegal’.
