A social media user, Aliyah who claims to be the girlfriend of late label boss Kashy Godson has come in defence of Bharry Jhay who is now in police custody over the death of his record label CEO.
Aliyah who took to social media in defence of Bharry Jhay also used the medium to plead with people to stop sending death threats to the singer, or his family over the death of Kashy.
“I just want everyone to know that he (Kashy Godson) was not depressed, neither was he mentally ill or on some hard drugs. Don’t believe everything you see on the internet.
“By the way it is not Bharry Jhay, stop sending him or his family death threats,” Aliyah’s message on Snapchat read.
Recall that Kashy Godson died in controversial circumstances in Ghana on Sunday, March 7. It was alleged that Kashy was pushed to death from his apartment after a fight with Barry Jhay.
