Former female housemate of the Big Brother Naija (BBN) reality TV show Venita Akpofure has weighed-in on the marriage squabble between comedian AY and his wife Mabel.
Recall that the pair sparked separation rumours last week when they both unfollowed each other on Instagram.
The development which sent tongues wagging on social media came hours after Mabel in a post on her Instagram page raised an alarm over threat to her life.
The mother of two in her post on social media sent a worrying signal when she stated that she has been mentally abused for way too long and has had enough.

While reacting to the development as a guest on the newly released episode of The Big Friday Show hosted by other BBNaija alumnus Tacha Akide, the reality TV star prayed that the couple find a way to settle the matter between them amicably.
“What if she’s not talking about her husband? I haven’t seen a lot but what I saw is that she said that one person is accountable and she is not necessarily mentioning names, and I want to believe that all is well at home because Uncle AY is my uncle, and Aunty May is my G.
”So I hope everything is fine. There is no marriage that doesn’t get tested, but hopefully, God would see everyone through their problems,” she said.
