Precious Chikwendu, the estranged wife of former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has accused the politician of kicking her stomach while she was pregnant with triplets.
The former beauty queen made the allegation in an affidavit cited on Friday where she deposed to in support of an originating motion pursuant under Section 69 of the Child’s Rights Act, 2003.
Precious also alleged in the affidavit that from the early days of their relationship, the respondent (Fani-Kayode), had always maintained a lifestyle of utter for disregard her feelings.
She added that her claim was evident in the way and manner the respondent assaulted her while she was also pregnant with their first son.
