A tragic scene played out at Oyi local government area of Anambra State when two secondary students where gunned down by armed robbers during an attack on a first generation bank located at Ogbunike.
Reports say that the attack occurred yesterday, April 15, when the gunmen set two vehicles ablaze and started shooting sporadically and the stray bullets hit two students returning from school.
A video shared online shows one student lying on the road, the contents of his brains splattered on the floor.
Another student is seen lying lifeless in the arms of a young man who tries to rush him to a hospital to get help.
As at the time of filing in this report, the incident was yet to be confirmed by Anambra State Police Command.
