Talented Nigerian singer David Adeleke, popularly known in music circles as Davido, has declared that he is the leader of the Afrobeats music genre worldwide.
The DMW boss made the declaration when he interrupted the interviewer in a recent interview with Billboard’s Nadine Graham after the reporter referred to him as the leader of Afrobeats in the United States and stated that he is dominating “everywhere.”

As the pioneer of Afrobeats worldwide, Davido declared that he wants listeners to anticipate “just good music.”
‘‘It’s also absurd because my music has been heard by inmates.’’ Davido said.
Currently, the singer revealed that he is working on two albums, one of which is intended for the African audience and the other for the American one.
