Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known in music circles as Portable, has announced an increase in his performance fee due to the rising cost of living.
The ‘Zazu’ crooner, who made the announcement in a video shared by @foreverblogger on TikTok, also asserted that since almost everything is now expensive, the cost of humans should also be high.
Portable, who called out President Bola Tinubu over the increase in the price of commodities in the market, also announced that his performance fee has risen from N2.5 million to N3.5 million.

“Tinubu, no be you high fuel price? No be you high everything? Even garri sef don high. So, human being sef no go high? Last year, I dey request N2.5m. This year, I go add N1m more.”
