American rapper Dwayne Carter popularly known in music circles as Lil Wayne is facing legal charges after allegedly pulling a gun on his bodyguard during a row at his home in Los Angeles.
The news has been brought to light by a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department.
According to Page Six, the Malibu/Lost Hills Station received an ‘assault with a deadly weapon call on December 1st at approximately 1:40 a.m.
The rap lyricist reportedly got into an argument with a member of his security team at his Hidden Hills home.
The 39-year-old allegedly aimed an assault rifle at his security guard after things became physical.
An insider told TMZ that the Lollipop musician pulled a gun out after asking the employee to leave his home, but the man decided to go to the bathroom first which got the rapper infuriated.
