Popular Colombian singer Shakira has taken a swipe at her ex Gerard Pique after the former Barcelona FC player took to Instagram to show off his new girlfriend Clara Chia.
The 45-year-old mother of two children took to her Instagram page to slam Gerard Pique after the former soccer star’s decision to go public with his new romance on social media
‘Women don’t cry anymore, women dance merengue,’ the Columbia native, 45, captioned an Instagram post on Thursday, January 26, alongside a video of herself shaking her curves to one of her hit songs.

Recall that Shakira and Gerard Pique reportedly parted ways in June 2022 after the Barcelona defender was allegedly caught in bed with another woman.
Pique was purportedly kicked out of the family home by the Colombian pop sensation who started her relationship with the soccer star in 2010, and have two sons together (Milan and Sasha).
The split by the pair was confirmed in a statement issued by Shakira’s communication agency.
