Talented Nigerian singer Omah Didia popularly known in music circles as Omah Lay has taken to his official social media account to pray for more money.
The ‘Understand’ crooner in a post on his X handle (formerly Twitter) prayed to God for more money in his account and also added a praying hand emoji in his message.
He wrote: “God! I need more money please .”

Omah Lay also revealed in an interview with Beat FM London, that he is waxing a new album and also noted that he believes the sound in Nigerian mainstream music is going to change in the near future.
“I feel the sound people identify as Afrobeats is going to change in 2024, 2025 (the future) and I am going to be one of the leaders of the new sound,” he said.
“I have started a new sound of Afrobeats and you are going to hear more of that in 2024. ‘Holy Ghost’ is one of them and I’m putting together an album that will consist of the new sound,” Omah Lay shared.
