Nollywood director Isioma Osagie has issued a stern warning to movie critics to stop tagging her and her other colleagues with their negative movie reviews.
Osagie who took to her official Twitter page on Thursday said that it is not palatable for critics tag filmmakers on negative reviews of their work.
She further advised such critics to rather focus their reviews on their audience and not filmmakers who go through a lot to put out creativity.
The filmmaker who has directed movies like ‘Quam’s Money’, ‘Up North’ and ‘Who’s the Boss’ wrote thus below;
“Association of Nollywood critics, stop tagging us on your negative reviews. I know you will tell me your intentions are noble, but don’t worry, focus on your audience.”
