Well-known Nigerian singer Ayodeji Balogun popularly known in music circles as WIzkid has revealed the impact that his mother’s death has had in his life.
The multiple award-winning musician in an Instagram story shared on his page on Wednesday stated that he lost himself and cannot wait to feel again after the passing of his mom.
“Look in the mirror, don’t feel myself! Mama left me and I lost myself! Can’t wait to feel myself again! Life of a soldier! Military with us,” he wrote.

This comes a month after Wizkid said that life has been meaningless since his mother died.
“Made idk days after I lost my mum. Life’s been meaningless! But we dey! Sometimes you got to let everything go. Work with God,” he wrote on Instagram.
