Yomi Fabiyi reacts to bail granted Baba Ijesha, says there can never be justice if rights of suspects are violated

Controversial actor Yomi Fabiyi has reacted to the bail granted to embattled actor, Olanrewaju James, popularly known as Baba Ijesha who has been accused of molesting a 14-year-old girl.

Baba Ijesha was granted bail yesterday, May 17, on health grounds by a magistrate set up at the State Criminal Investigation Department SCID Panti to review some cases in a bid to decongest the police facility.

However the actor is yet to be released from detention as his Adesina Ogunlana, is working towards perfecting his bail condition which includes that he must have two sureties.

One other condition that must be fulfiled before his bail is that one of the sureties must be a Level 10 Public officer while the second surety must be a relation of the actor.  The bail is put at N500, 000 in bond.

While reacting to the news in a post on social media, Yomi Fabiyi said that there can never be true JUSTICE if human rights of suspects, complainant is violated by concerned authorities.

He said; “Abuja loun pe bi. Human Rights is Key. There can NEVER be true JUSTICE if human rights of suspects, complainant violated. Rights which include Fair Hearing and strict adherence to the RULE of LAW… Do more on Human Rights, and then Nigeria will develop and be peaceful”.
