The Oyo State Police Command has confirmed the arrest of two suspects identified as Anthony John, 35, and 21-year-old Jimoh Idowu for allegedly gang raping their neighbor’s 16-year-old daughter.
The arrest of the two suspects was confirmed by the spokesman of the Oyo State Police Command, Abimbola Oyeyemi who said that they were arrested following a complaint by the victim.
Oyeyemi said that the two suspects confessed to the commission of the crime without any sense of remorse adding that the victim has been taken to Owode-egba general hospital for medical treatment.
