Nollywood actress Rita Dominic has offered advice to the Federal Government of Nigeria led by President Mohammadu Buhari on what to do to douse growing tension in the country.
The actress, who was expressing her concerns about the current state of the nation in a tweet posted on her official Twitter handle, May 31, said that everyone is watching Nigeria slip into anarchy.
She noted that our elected leaders need to do all they can to restore peace and calm in Nigeria while also adding that harassing and killing innocent citizens can never solve anything.’
Her tweet reads thus; ”I am afraid that we are watching Nigeria slip into anarchy. It is surreal. Our elected officials need to work harder to douse the tension in the country. We need peace to reign. Harassing and killing innocent citizens can never solve anything.”
