A yet-to-be identified thief met his waterloo in Makurdi, the Benue State capital as he was burnt to death by an angry mob after he allegedly tried to steal a motorcycle from its owner.
The incident was made known on the Facebook page of user known as Wise King Zuma who revealed that the incident occurred at Wurkum market opposite Abu Shuluwa road Akpehe logo 2 on Tuesday afternoon
According to eyewitness reports, the man said to be in his early thirties was caught in the act by eagle eyed resident and was immediately set ablaze by the angry mob that gathered at the scene of the incident.
