Manchester United attacker, Marcus Rashford has revealed that self-acclaimed ‘African Giant’ and Grammy Award winner, Burna Boy is his favourite Afrobeat artiste at the moment.
The free-scoring England international revealed this on Monday during a question and answer session on Twitter as he opened his official timeline to answering random questions from his fans across the globe.
During the Q&A, a fan asked the pacy striker whether he listens to Afrobeat, and what Afrobeat artiste is his favourite if he does fancy the now popular genre of music.
“Got lots of fans in Nigerian, do you listen to afrobeats?? And what’s your favourite Afrobeats song at the moment? And who is your favourite afrobeats artist?” the fan asked.
In his reply, Rashford who is a Member of the British Empire (MBE) simply replied thus; “@burnaboy”.
