‘Skelewu’ crooner David Adeleke better known in music circles as Davido has hit a milestone on picture and video sharing site Instagram after he recently hit 20 million followers on the social media platform.
The Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) boss whose numbers are doing great, especially on social media celebrated the big feat which makes him the most followed African musician while surpassing two of Nigeria’s other big musicians, Burna Boy and Wizkid.
Davido did not let the achievement pass by unnoticed, as he took to his page to celebrate and also used the buzz gained from the great feat to promote his new song with Zlatan Ibile and Mayorkun.
Grammy Award winners; Ayo Balogun aka Wizkid has about 12.1 million followers on the social media platform while the self-styled ‘African Giant’ Damini Ogulu aka Burna Boy has gathered 6.6 million followers.
