Popular American rapper, Kanye West and his estranged reality TV star wife Kim Kardashian have both agreed to the joint custody of their four young children– North, seven, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and Psalm, one.

Kanye West had earlier responded to his estranged wife Kim Kardashian West’s February divorce filing to end their celebrated six-and-a-half-year marriage as husband and wife.

In both of their filings, the US rapper and the TV reality star agreed that their marriage should end over irreconcilable differences.

They have also agreed that they do not need spousal support, BBC reports.

According to Kardashian’s filing, they kept their property separate throughout their marriage because of the terms of a prenuptial agreement.

On Friday, April 9, the rapper’s attorneys filed his response in Los Angeles superior court seeking joint legal and physical custody of his four children with Kim Kardashian in their ongoing divorce.

According to TMZ, Kanye’s response to Kim Kardashian’s divorce filing is “basically a mirror image” of his estranged wife’s petition,  agreeing that the marriage should end over irreconcilable differences and that the two should share custody of their children: North, age 7, Saint, age 5, Chicago, age 3, and Psalm, who turns 2 next month.

Kim Kardashian West cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason she is divorcing rapper Kanye West.
